Anti-Tip Furniture Straps

These Anti-Tip Furniture Straps are incredible for the family with toddlers who climb and pull on things! We give them a high five star rating! Our son would pull out his drawers and climb up them like stairs! While his furniture is a heavy cherry and probably wouldn't have tipped over, I was a basket case and HAD to find something to eliminate the possibility.

We put these straps on the back and they instantly anchor your furniture to the wall. We have each piece of his bedroom furniture as well as his bookcase which is very lightweight all anchored now to be on the safe side. As a toddler gets older and more "involved" in things, they tend to pull on things more. Our son has emptied out his book case on several occasions and the possibility of it tipping over was always there. With these great straps, it is now not possible. My husband just drilled them into the back of the furniture and on to the wall and they secure very tightly and can be adjusted as well. They won't ruin your furniture and only put small holes in your wall, but it's all hidden behind the piece of furniture. Great product which can save mom's sanity!

Adjustable Stove Guard

The Adjustable Stove Guard rates a four star from us as a very useful product! While not foolproof, it certainly makes cooking easier with a toddler running around!

My son is a climber and very curious, like all little ones. We purchased this stove guard to keep him from reaching onto the stovetop. It really does work as a deterrent. The downside we found was the adhesive clips which hold it on to the stove tend to let go when the oven is on and gets hot. When this happens, the stove guard falls off completely.

My brother came up with a home made solution for us though. We super glued magnets on to the bottom of the stove guard and just let the magnets hold it on to the stove! It was a GREAT idea and keeps the guard in place! (you will need 2 magnets glued on top of each other to make this strong enough to work, and in about 6 or 7 places along the length of the guard for a total of 14 magnets). Another great product from One Step Ahead!
